Comet HYAKUTAKE
On January 1996, a Japanese amateur astronomer discovered
a new comet with his 10" diameter binoculars which was named : Comet
Hyakutake.
Although I don't own a proper driving system to take astronomy pictures
yet, nevertheless I tried taking some pictures of this new comet between
February to April 1996.
These pictures were taken with a CANON AE1 PROGRAM camera
using KODAK Gold Plus ASA 100 film. Relating to the optical elements, I
used a 35-70 Zoom as well as the 50mm normal objetive .
The exposure times ranged from 2 to 5 minutes using a hand track driving
system.
