Victor Escardo was born in Montevideo, Uruguay. After attending ORT University where he gets his degree in Computer Science in 1996 and also complete his career as a 3D Digital Animator, now Victor is working with his real passion: Character Animation. He has previous experience as a Multimedia designer and Stop Motion Animator.

The Catfish and the Devil was created by Victor Escardo. The story was developed based in old tales where the Devil tries to conquer the soul of an ordinary man, but in this short animated film the Devil is a mechanical fish that's try to offer power and love to an ordinary Catfish . The original score was composed by Horacio Di Yorio. It was produced using 3D Studio Max, Adobe AfterEffects, Painter and Adobe Photoshop. It's a 1 minute short film.
